When will I receive my purchased item?
If it’s a digital item, then you should have immediately received a link to download your product; if not, check your e-mail. If you still can’t find it, then forward your receipt to anna@thereelanna.com and tell me about the problem. I’ll make sure you get your purchased item!
If you ordered a physical good, then you will receive an e-mail once your item has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on the size of your order and your location.
Bookmarks usually take 3-8 days to customers in the U.S. However, international shipping can take longer and vary based on your country’s mail service.
Sweatshirts are printed from a Print on Demand service. They are usually in production for around 3-6 days (occasionally longer during higher demand periods). After production, you will receive shipment tracking information. Shipping to the U.S. generally takes around 3-5 days (note that delays may occur, especially during holidays), and shipping international will likely take longer.

My purchased item arrived damaged; what should I do?
You can refer to our Return Policy which states, “Physical goods may be exchanged if they are damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at anna@thereelanna.com within 7 days of receiving your product in the mail and either include a picture of the damaged product or return it to us in the mail (you must cover the cost of shipping it back). Once confirmed, we will mail you a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will refund you the full purchase cost of the item.”
How can I make a bulk order bookmarks?
If you’d like to order more bookmarks than what is currently in stock, e-mail me at anna@thereelanna.com and tell me how many you would like to order. I can set up a special invoice for you and prepare to have enough product for you. Depending on the amount, I may even be able to provide you with a discount. Make sure to remember the factor of shipping costs; unfortunately it costs more to ship more, but I will try my best to find the cheapest shipping options to keep it as low as I can.
Subscribing
What does it mean to subscribe?
When you give me your name and e-mail, you are added to my mailing list. People on my mailing list are e-mailed approximately every 2-4 weeks to be the first to know about a new published post and any big news. I try to make sure my e-mails are value-packed and worth your time. As a subscriber you gain access to a secret page of free resources exclusive to subscribers! You can access this page at any time; the url link and password are available to you at the bottom of every one of my e-mails. As a subscriber you also occasionally receive special discounts for my store and (coming soon!) services.
I’ve subscribed, but I never received a welcome e-mail…or any e-mail from you.
Make sure to check your inbox, including your spam folder. When you subscribe you should immediately get an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription (this is to protect people from being signed up to things without their permission and to make sure you’re human 😉 ). Once you’ve confirmed, you should receive a welcome e-mail from me within 24 hours, if not immediately. If you never received a confirmation e-mail, perhaps try subscribing again and make extra sure that you’ve entered your e-mail exactly right. If this still does not work, please e-mail me at anna@thereelanna.com and I’ll get you all set up! 🙂 It would be super helpful to me if you can even tell me where and what page you tried to subscribe on; this will help me check in to see if there’s a problem with the plugin or setup itself so I can fix any bugs or problems.

Yes, but only a limited amount. I am currently working on updating my media kit and determining my rates, but feel free to pitch to me and we can discuss it. But remember, I’m a personal growth blog mainly helping caring and ambitious geeks and creatives ages 20-35. I will NOT post about totally unrelated products and services (i.e. business tools/courses, logo designers, cosmetics, junk food, etc.). Take a look around at my about page and blog posts to get a feel for my target audience.
