There are no refunds for digital products.
Physical goods may be exchanged if they are damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at anna@thereelanna.com within 7 days of receiving your product in the mail and either include a picture of the damaged product or return it to us in the mail (you must cover the cost of shipping it back). Once confirmed, we will mail you a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will refund you the full purchase cost of the item.
